Is the Chinese restaurant at Eastdale Ave and Mutual St still there?

I've been wondering about that Chinese restaurant at Eastdale Ave and Mutual St. It was such a staple in the area, and I loved grabbing takeout from there. Has anyone been by recently to see if it's still open? I'm also curious about any new places popping up nearby.
