Confused About Upfront Deposit Limits - Need Guidance!

I'm feeling overwhelmed with the landlord asking for an excessive deposit. I know there are legal limits, but I'm unsure of the filing process with the LTB. Has anyone experienced filling out T2/T6 forms and navigating hearings? I’m determined to address this issue! Any insights are appreciated!
