Anyone living near Arlington Ave area in Toronto? Need thoughts!

I'm thinking about moving to the Arlington Ave area in Toronto and just wanted to get some real opinions. How’s the vibe there? Are rent prices reasonable? Also, what about safety and transit access? Any insights would be hugely appreciated!
