Need help choosing between condo vs apartment in Yorkville

I'm moving back to Toronto and trying to decide whether to rent a condo or an apartment in Yorkville. I've seen some nice condos going for $3000/month but also decent apartments around $2200. What are the pros and cons of each? Is it worth the extra cash for a condo? Any advice would be appreciated!
