The Junction Triangle hidden gem or still too industrial? 2024 update

Considering a move to Junction Triangle. I know it used to be pretty industrial but I've heard it's changing fast. Anyone living there currently? How's the vibe in 2024? Good transit connections? Safe for walking at night? The prices are definitely more reasonable than other areas.
