Noisy Neighbors Driving Me Crazy - Need Help!

I can't sleep because my neighbors are always loud at odd hours. I've tried talking to them, but it’s no use! My landlord won't help either, and I’m unsure how to deal with this. What are my tenant rights regarding noise complaints and quiet hours in Toronto? I need some advice!
