Need clarity on lease terms and transit access restrictions

I’m considering a place near the subway but found some lease terms confusing. If my landlord includes a clause about using transit facilities only, is that enforceable? Also, what rights do I have if the building doesn’t meet accessibility standards? Any insights would be appreciated!
