Anyone seeing rent incentives in downtown Toronto for December?

I’m looking to move downtown and heard some landlords might be offering deals like a month of free rent or reduced security deposits during the holiday season. Is this common in areas like the Financial District or Kensington Market? What should I be looking out for?
