Seeking Affordable Housing Near U of T - Advice Needed!

Hey everyone, I'm a new grad student starting at U of T this winter and I'm on the hunt for some budget-friendly rentals. Ideally, I'd love to find a place in the Annex or maybe even Harbord Village that’s under $1500. Roommate compatibility is a concern too—what should I look for? Any tips?
