Eviction concerns in Toronto - seeking urgent advice

I'm really worried about getting evicted from my rental. I keep hearing about N12 forms and my rights, but I'm confused about what to do. Is it legal for landlords to evict like this? Could someone please share info on LTB hearings and what rights I have as a tenant?
