Searching for Affordable Housing Help in Toronto

I'm really struggling to find affordable housing programs in Toronto since my kids moved out. What kind of government assistance or rent-geared-to-income options are out there? Any info on programs that support low-income renters would be a lifesaver. I'm feeling quite desperate for solutions!
