Hey everyone, I’m puzzled about whether it’s okay to withhold rent if my landlord hasn’t made necessary repairs. I’ve heard mixed things about this and the potential legal fallout. Also, is paying into the LTB instead of directly to my landlord a viable option? Any insights would be appreciated!
