frustration with elevator booking for moving day

So, it's moving day and I'm already stressed about the building rules. I need to book the elevator, but the building only allows 2-hour slots, which isn't nearly enough time! I also heard there's a move-in fee, but no one seems to have clear info. Anyone else dealing with this hassle?
