Hey everyone, I’m looking at a 1-bedroom in East York for $2100/month and I'm not sure if it’s worth it. My salary is around $70,000, but with rising costs, I’m trying to be smart about my budget. Any thoughts on living there or suggestions for better neighborhoods? Thanks!
