Searching for Affordable Short-Term Rentals in Toronto

I'm beyond frustrated with my current landlord and the ongoing building issues—it's unbearable! I'm looking for a furnished rental for 1-3 months but can't believe how expensive Airbnb is for extended stays. Are there cheaper alternatives or local rentals that won't break the bank? Help!
