Need to break lease early, looking for solutions

I'm feeling pretty stressed about being stuck in this lease. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to leave early but I'm not sure how to navigate this. Can anyone share insights on N11 agreements, subletting options, or if my landlord might cooperate without hefty penalties?
