Just scored the perfect apartment with an awesome landlord!

I can’t believe I found a fantastic place in the heart of Toronto! The landlord is super nice and even requires renters insurance, which I think is a smart move. I looked into it, and it seems pretty affordable too! Cheers to new beginnings!
