Who else is weighing rentals in the Junction?

I’ve been keeping an eye on the Junction lately. The vibe is changing so fast with new breweries and cafes popping up, but I'm curious about the rental scene. Anyone have thoughts on what it’s like to live there these days? Is it worth going for a condo over an apartment?
