My lease is ending next month and I'm in a panic. I'm looking to rent in Trinity Bellwoods but I keep seeing prices like $3000 for 1-bedroom places. Is this normal? Are there any neighborhoods nearby with better deals? Any tips for negotiating or finding something quickly would be super appreciated!
