Is Parkdale the new hot spot for renters?

I’ve been checking out Parkdale lately and I'm honestly pretty impressed. The vibe is super eclectic and the proximity to the subway makes it a dream for commuting. Plus, you can find some unique shops and cafes scattered throughout. Has anyone else lived here? What’s it like long-term?
