This rental market is a nightmare, and I'm over it!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just saw a bachelor listed for $2800! Are you kidding me? I've viewed 15 places and they've all been snatched up within hours. Just got outbid AGAIN! This market is impossible, and I'm so sick of it!
