Living in Cooksville - What to expect?

Hi everyone! I'm considering renting an apartment in the Cooksville area. I love the idea of being close to the Go Train station for my commute, but how affordable are the rentals here? Also, what amenities are nearby that make living in Cooksville convenient? Any insights would be appreciated!
