How's the rental vibe in Liberty Village these days?

I’ve been eyeing Liberty Village for a potential downsizing, but I'm wondering if it's still as vibrant as it was a few years back. The waterfront feels more developed now, but is it too crowded? Also, are there better rental options compared to earlier? Thoughts?
