Frustrations with Condo Board Rental Restrictions

I'm getting so fed up with these condo board rental restrictions. The rules seem to favor owners while discriminating against potential tenants. Can anyone explain these condo bylaws that limit how many guests can visit or how they restrict amenity access for renters? It's getting ridiculous.
