Hi everyone! I'm a first-time renter in Toronto and honestly, I'm feeling really overwhelmed. I've seen some weird lease clauses and received unusual requests from landlords. Is this normal? Any tips for apartment hunting or what I should expect? Thanks in advance for your guidance!
