Anyone made the switch to GO Train for the daily grind?

I'm seriously considering switching to the GO Train for my commute from the eastern suburbs. The subway is just so crowded, and I can't take the bus anymore. Does the GO Train really make a significant difference in travel time, or am I just looking for a way out?
