What's the status of CIBC at La Rose Ave and Northcliffe Blvd?

I'm new to Toronto and trying to get a feel for the area. I used to rely on the CIBC at La Rose Ave and Northcliffe Blvd back home, and I wanted to know if it's still open. Also, I'm looking for apartments nearby—any recommendations?
