Vent about Port Credit apartments and lifestyle frustrations

I'm so frustrated with my current landlord in Port Credit! The building issues seem never-ending, and the rent is outrageous for the quality. Is living in Port Credit really worth the price? I was hoping for a beautiful waterfront lifestyle, but all I'm getting is stress. Anyone else feel this way?
