Worried about eviction and need help understanding my rights

I'm an international student in Toronto and I've just received an eviction notice. I'm so confused about the N12 form and whether this eviction is even legal. I'm trying to understand my rights in this situation and what steps I should take for a hearing. Any advice would be really appreciated!
