Wondering how much parking adds to rent in downtown Toronto

I'm looking at apartments in the Entertainment District and am thinking of getting a parking spot. I've seen listings for around $2300 but not sure how much parking typically increases rent. Can anyone share their experiences or tips for balancing everything? Thanks!
