Are rental bidding wars still a thing in Toronto for 2025?

I'm trying to figure out if rental bidding wars are still happening in Toronto this year. Do we still need to offer more than the asking price to secure an affordable place, or has the market cooled down? It feels like there's still some competition, but I'm unsure about how intense it is right now.
