What size apartment is best for WFH in Toronto?

I'm on the hunt for a new apartment and need some advice on WFH space requirements. Is 500 sqft enough, or do I really need a dedicated office? I'm concerned that a studio might be too small. How do you manage shared spaces when working from home?
