Construction Noise and Delays Are Driving Me Crazy!

With all the renovations happening in my building, the constant noise is becoming unbearable. It's frustrating that no one has communicated how long these disruptions will last or what exactly is being done. Can anyone else relate to this situation or share how they managed to cope with the chaos?
