Need urgent help finding winter rental in East York!

Hey everyone, my lease is ending soon, and I'm really stressed about finding a place before winter hits. I've been looking at East York but not sure about the neighborhood or rental prices. Is $2200 reasonable for a 1-bedroom? Any tips on avoiding scams? Thanks in advance!
