Frustration with Landlords Ignoring Repair Requests

I can't take it anymore! My landlord has been ignoring my requests for weeks now. The heater is broken, and with the winter chill setting in, living here is unbearable. It's like I'm living in a neglectful nightmare, and I'm tired of being ignored while my living conditions deteriorate.
