Dealing with Noisy Neighbors: Need Some Advice

Living in Toronto can be challenging with all the noise! Between the construction outside my window and my neighbors playing music late at night, it’s hard to find peace. Any suggestions on soundproofing or dealing with these disturbances? I’d really appreciate your thoughts!
