Thinking of viewing a unit at 169 Berry Rd - any opinions?

I'm considering renting at 169 Berry Rd and would love to hear from anyone who has lived there. What are the amenities like? How is the commute to downtown? Any feedback from current or past residents would be greatly appreciated!
