Worried about condo special assessment impact on rent

I'm really concerned about the special assessment happening in my condo. I've heard that condo fees are going up, and I'm worried about whether renters like me will have to pay for this. Will there be a rent increase because of this assessment? I'm even thinking of leaving due to these extra costs.
