Anyone else find subway access vital for their rent decisions?

I can't stress enough how much living near a subway line has improved my life. My old place was a 30-minute walk from the nearest station, and now I'm literally steps away. It’s a game changer for my social life and work commute. Anyone else make a move for the transit access?
