Lease Agreement Confusion - Need Some Clarity!

I recently signed a lease in Toronto and I’m unsure about the renewal terms. If my landlord wants to increase rent, how much notice do they have to give? Also, can they raise it beyond the Ontario guideline? I want to ensure I'm fully aware of my rights and obligations.
