Storage Costs in Toronto: Locker vs Bigger Apartment?

I’m trying to figure out my best option for storage in Toronto. With my pet, finding a rental that allows animals is tough! Are storage locker costs usually included in condo fees, or are they extra? Is it worth considering a bigger apartment, or are there cheap storage alternatives nearby?
