Exploring the rental scene in Leslieville – thoughts?

Leslieville has really been on my radar lately. It's amazing how much it’s changed over the past few years! Rent prices have shot up, but the vibe is still cozy with those local cafes and unique shops. Has anyone else felt the shift, or is it just me? What do you all think about safety around here?
