Confused about strange lease clauses - help needed!

I just found a clause saying I have to notify the landlord 60 days before I move out, but isn’t it usually 30 days? Also, what’s up with the requirement to cover the cost of carpet cleaning when I leave? Is that normal? Feeling overwhelmed and stressed about all these terms!
