Frustrated with Unresponsive Landlord - Need Parking!

I can't believe how unresponsive my landlord has been! I asked about parking costs over a month ago for my car, and I still haven’t received a reply. Promises to fix the faulty heating have gone unfulfilled as well. It feels like I'm dealing with someone who doesn't care about their tenants at all.
