How can I report my terrible landlord in Toronto?

I'm fed up with my terrible landlord! They keep ignoring my requests for repairs and don't respect my rights as a tenant. Where can I file a complaint? I've heard about RentSafeTO and the tenant hotline, but I'm not sure where to start. I just want to get them in trouble for their negligence!
