Is the Convenience store at Avenue Rd and Laing St still open?

I used to grab snacks and drinks from the Convenience store at Avenue Rd and Laing St almost every day! It was such a staple in the neighborhood. I’m curious if it’s still around or if anything changed because that area has been getting busier lately.
