GO Train Mississauga to Downtown Toronto - Reliability & Costs?

Hi everyone! I'm an international student new to Canada and relying on the GO Train from Mississauga to get to downtown Toronto. Can someone share their experience with the GO Train schedule? How frequent is it, and what are the costs for a monthly GO pass? Any tips would be appreciated!
