GO Train reliability and costs for Mississauga commuters

I'm curious about the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown Toronto. How reliable is the service? Also, what's the frequency like during peak hours? Lastly, can anyone share how much a monthly GO pass costs? Any insights on the overall experience would be appreciated!
