Unbearable Living Conditions Due to Ignored Repairs

For months, my requests for basic repairs have fallen on deaf ears. The leaking faucet has turned my kitchen into a mini swimming pool, and the broken heater makes winter nights unbearable. I'm beyond frustrated that my landlord seems indifferent to these serious habitability issues.
