How's the Birchlea Ave area in Toronto for families?

I'm considering moving my family to the Birchlea Ave area in Toronto and would love some feedback. What’s it like for rentals? Are there good schools and parks nearby? Also, how's the vibe there? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
